Our farmette, a 1904 farm house nestled in the rolling mountain hills of Garrett County MD, is a working farm with a spectacular 360 view of pasture, livestock, forest and native trout stream. 

With Buffalo Run, a native trout stream tributary of the Youghiogheny River, running through the property, we offer our Yurt for overnight lodging with pavilion and kitchenette for all the amenities you'll need for a short or extended stay.

Our flock of animals include a pair of Scottish Highland cows, Scottish Blackface sheep, Jacob sheep, mini-horse, goats and various free-range poultry including chickens, guineas and ducks.


INDOORS

Barn seats up to 60. Player piano and food serving area. Add a tent for additional seating.

OUTDOORS

Covered pavilion with fireplace, functioning galley kitchen and stream-side seating makes the perfect hangout spot.

Less than 5 minutes from the i68 exit in Friendsville we are minutes from the PA, WV and MD borders. 

We are centrally located and easily accessible to the Morgantown, Pittsburgh, Hagerstown, Baltimore, and Washington DC markets. 

Pasture parking allows up to 100 vehicles.
